This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy. This is a hybrid role and requires reporting onsite 3 or 4 days a week in Lansing or Jackson, MI.

Responsibilities:

This position is within the Electrical and Underground Scheduling department and provides direct support for the Electric Underground Distribution Department.. 

• Foster relationships with operations leaders and line works.
• Build a reliable and efficient schedule.
• Line up work with any 3rd party contractors and additional resource as needed per the job

Requirements:

• 2 or more years of customer service experience as a resource and work scheduler
• SAP experience is required
• Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Associates degree or higher
• Professional demeanor
• Proactive in addressing things that may arise in the day to day of the job
• Attention to detail

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 17-$21/hr
