This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy. This is a hybrid role and requires reporting onsite 3 or 4 days a week in Sagniaw, Michigan.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Technical Assistant (Resource Scheduler)
- This position is within the Maintenance & Construction Scheduling department and provides direct support for the Gas Distribution Department.
- This will be a Work Scheduler and a Resource Scheduler hybrid role
- Identify the jobs that are needing to be completed and schedule work for various crews
- Line up work with any 3rd party contractors and additional resource as needed per the job
Requirements:
- 1 year of relevant work experience as a resource and/or work scheduler
- SAP or similar work management system experience
- Lean six sigma experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional demeanor
- Proactive in addressing things that may arise in the day to day of the job
- Attention to detail
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 16.36-$21.81/hr
