This is a contract role through Magnit Global for Consumers Energy. This is a hybrid role and requires reporting onsite 3 days a week. 

Job Overview:

Complete ownership and use of skills in handling all duties and processes within the accounts payable function (invoice audit, contract rate reviews, invoice payment, related research and follow-up). Strong communication with key employees within the specialty areas to complete core job duties. Under general direction, prepare special reports, summaries or replies to inquiries. Ability to assess and prioritize among multiple demands.

Requirements

• High School diploma
• Microsoft Excel
• SAP experience a plus or the ability to learn SAP quickly
• Organization and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal communication
• Familiarity with contracts a plus
• Experience with Docusign a plus

This is the pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position: $20.00/hour - $22.00/hour
