ROLE OVERVIEW: 35897439 Data and Analytics Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and Analytics Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing data-driven projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent project management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage data and analytics projects from initiation to completion.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and IT teams to implement data solutions.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.

SKILLS:
Proven experience in project management, preferably in data and analytics.
Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
PMP or similar project management certification is preferred.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $17-$22/ per hour
