This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy in Jackson, Michigan. 

Customer service with third party - Responding to landowners and adjacent landowner inquiries. External customer complain resolution.

Review and creation of legal documents in support of asset management.

Strong communication & organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities with competing demands * Experience understanding and negotiating Real Estate contracts, which includes but is not limited to, license and maintenance.

Real Estate experience required.

Associate's degree in business management, or related experience would be nice.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $30-$35/hr
