This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy. This role will be onsite in Jackson, Michigan.
Responsibilities:
The Electric Scheduling Administrative Support role involves providing administrative assistance to facilitate the scheduling and coordination of tasks, projects, and resources within an organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient workflow management and effective communication among team members involved in electric-related operations. Administrative Skills dealing with creating packets, calling in Miss Digs, utilizing SAP, Adobe, Microsoft, Teams and other internal systems. Along with assisting the scheduler positions and learning in that role to help fill in to support absences.

Skills Required:
Experience Required: 0 to 1 year's work experience. This is an entry level position.
Experience Preferred:
Education Required: High School degree or equivalent
Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)
The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 14- $19.57/hr
