This is a contract role through Magnit for Consumers Energy. This role is hybrid to Grand Rapids, Michigan and requires reporting 3 days a week onsite.

The Talent Acquisition Partner drives the CE culture of excellence by working collaboratively with client groups and People & Culture Partners to achieve key initiatives through the delivery of diverse top talent. The incumbent will attract, source, assess and pre-select proactively the best external talent enabling the business to deliver their strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and  2+  years of experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting role.

Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation)

The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $ 30-$35/hr
